This unique course is half trail-running along a dirt trail in the mountains and half paved sidewalk along the Provo River Trail.  After the race, we will have a drawing for great prizes that have been donated by our sponsors. We hope to see you there!

Registration for both will go through Thursday Sep 27th. Race-day registration for the 5k is $20 and t-shirt availability is not guaranteed for those registering the day of the race. Check-in and race-day registration will be from 9:00-9:45am.

About the organization

All over the world, children are born with facial deformities that inhibit their ability to live a normal life. Every year, over 200,000 children are born with cleft lip and cleft palate. Many of these children are unable to eat, speak, or smile. Operation Smile is an organization dedicated to raising money for surgically correcting these deformities. In 2008, a group of BYU students organized the first Operation Smile 5K. Since then, the annual race has collected a total of over $10,000 to donate to Operation Smile. This has funded more than 40 surgeries for children who could not otherwise afford it. Your participation or donation is appreciated.
